Dispatch triggers an email containing your tracking number. The carrier updates its own tracking page in real time.

Finding your number

The tracking number is in the dispatch email, and it is also on the order in your account area if you created one at checkout. Orders normally leave us within 1 business day, so a number that has not appeared after that is worth asking about.

How long delivery takes

Once the parcel is with USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground, allow 2–5 business days. Both figures are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

If something looks wrong

If the tracking page has gone quiet or is plainly wrong, email sales@pertuttistyle.shop. Chasing the carrier is our job, not yours.
