These are the terms on which Pertutti New York sells. They apply to all orders and do not displace any protection consumer law provides.
Orders and acceptance
Orders are offers to purchase which we accept by shipping. Until the parcel leaves, we can decline and refund without charge.
Prices and errors
We list in USD. Genuine pricing errors are put to you before we dispatch; you can accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Using this site
We own or licence the content of this site. Linking is encouraged. Wholesale copying and automated extraction are prohibited.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Returns and Refunds page, and cancellation by our Cancellation Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.
Stock and availability
Availability reflects real stock. A simultaneous sale of the final item results in a full refund, not an unannounced substitution.
Governing law
These conditions are interpreted under New York and United States law, with jurisdiction in New York. Invalid clauses are severed.
