Shipping Policy
This page describes how Pertutti New York sends orders. We ship from New York only, to addresses within the United States, using the services listed further down.
What delivery costs
The shipping charge is $4.49, applied once per order rather than per item. Orders at or above $32 qualify for free delivery, which the checkout applies for you.
How long it takes
An order is normally with the carrier within 1 business day and reaches the address in 2–5 business days. We ship with USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground and pass the tracking number on as soon as it exists.
Where we can deliver
We deliver within the United States. There is no international service, and we do not ship to addresses that exist solely to forward parcels abroad.
How orders are packed
Orders are packed into cartons with paper fill, not air pillows. Loose components are bundled so they cannot shift, and anything with an edge is sleeved first.
Getting the address right
Take a moment over the address field. Once printed, a label cannot be edited, and the carrier will charge for a redirect. Email sales@pertuttistyle.shop the same day and we will fix it if the parcel is still with us.
What a business day means here
Handling and transit are both measured in weekdays. Federal holidays are not working days for us or for the carriers we use.
If a parcel goes missing
Report any delivery problem to sales@pertuttistyle.shop with your order number. We open the carrier investigation, and once it concludes we either ship the order again or refund it in full.
