Payment Policy
Here is how paying Pertutti New York works: the accepted methods, the timing of the charge, and the route to a correction if one is needed.
Methods we accept
Available payment methods are Cash on Delivery. What you see at checkout is what we can process. We do not accept telephone payments or wire transfers.
Currency and tax
All amounts are US dollars. Sales tax is applied at checkout according to the delivery state, and the confirmed total is final.
When the money moves
Prepayment is authorised as the order is placed and collected when we ship. Cash on delivery is collected by the carrier when the parcel is handed over.
Keeping payment data safe
The connection is encrypted and no card numbers are kept on our side. Payment fields are handled entirely by the processor.
Declined and duplicated charges
Failed transactions are never captured, though a short-lived hold can show on a statement. Report any duplicate to sales@pertuttistyle.shop and we will return it.
Paying at the door
For pay-on-delivery orders, the total on your confirmation is what the carrier collects. No surcharge applies for choosing that method.
Receipts and invoices
An emailed receipt lists all lines, shipping and tax. For a second copy or a company invoice, contact sales@pertuttistyle.shop.
