Cancellation Policy
Cancelling is free until the parcel is handed over. Read on for how to request it and the position afterwards.
How to cancel
To cancel, email sales@pertuttistyle.shop quoting the order, or call +1 (212) 675-0113 while the counter is open (Monday–Saturday 11:00 AM–7:00 PM · Sunday 12:00 PM–6:00 PM (ET)).
How long you have
We ship within 1 business day. A cancellation that arrives before the label is printed will be actioned; after that the parcel is gone.
If the order has already shipped
If we could not stop it, the returns policy takes over: 30 days from delivery, refund in 3–5 business days once the item is back.
Cancelling one item from a larger order
Cancel individual lines any time before dispatch. The remaining items ship normally, and any change to the $32 free-shipping position is confirmed with you first.
When we cancel an order
